The Russia-Ukraine Conflict Index (RUCI) provides a monthly measure of uncertainty and is designed to support research on the economic and financial consequences of the Russia-Ukraine conflict, based on leading European newspapers.

Higher values indicate periods in which conflict-related uncertainty is more prominent.
